How should I read Coinbase’s work-arrangement labels?

Coinbase uses Remote by country or region, Hybrid, and office-specific labels. Read the location field for the role you want, because any in-office expectation is stated there.

Where are Coinbase’s remote roles available?

Current remote listings cover the USA, Canada, UK, India, Brazil, Singapore, Israel, Cyprus, EMEA, Australia, Bermuda, UAE, and Luxembourg.

What time-off programs does Coinbase offer?

Coinbase lists unlimited PTO, four company-wide Recharge Weeks each year, sick time, bereavement leave, and sabbatical eligibility after four years.

What family benefits does Coinbase offer?

Coinbase has published 18 weeks of paid parental leave for all parents, along with fertility counseling and benefits. Its current postings describe the rest of its leave more generally, as a generous time off and leave policy, and publish no figure for the fertility benefit, so ask for the specifics rather than assuming a number.

Does Coinbase provide support for a home office?

Yes. Coinbase's own careers material lists stipends for wellness, remote work, and cell or internet use, and its current job postings name a wellness stipend and a mobile and internet reimbursement. It publishes no amount for any of them, and it notes that specific offerings vary greatly by country, so confirm what applies to your location before you count on a figure.

What kinds of products does Coinbase work on?

Beyond consumer trading, Coinbase’s current product work includes institutional custody for approved Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, Coinbase Prime services, and a developer platform that supports onchain activity.

As an Enterprise Engineer, you'll build and operate the workflows, integrations, and data foundations that keep Legal systems auditable, reliable, and scalable. What you'll do

Own Ironclad architecture, workflows, and contract lifecycle management, including integrations to upstream and downstream systems.
Build and maintain system integrations using Workato and APIs, including automation that reduces manual intake and fulfillment work across Legal platforms.
Support and evolve adjacent Legal Platforms such as Evisort, Brightflag, and DocuSign, with a focus on workflows, integrations, and operational reliability.
Execute data migrations, backfills, reconciliations, and ongoing data hygiene to maintain system integrity across the legal toolchain.
Govern platform access and credentials for Legal systems, including service account and token lifecycle management, access controls, and operational documentation.
Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Engineering teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes and ship changes safely to production.

Required Skills and Experience

3 to 6+ years administering and evolving Ironclad and/or DocuSign (or comparable CLM and eSignature platforms) in a production environment, including complex template, workflow, and permissions design.
Hands-on experience building integrations using Workato (or similar iPaaS tools), REST APIs, webhooks, authentication flows, and structured data payloads, with the ability to debug integration failures and resolve data inconsistencies across systems.
Demonstrated experience performing data migrations, bulk data loads, and reconciliations with a track record of maintaining data integrity at scale.
Proven ability to own a platform end-to-end, operating independently without detailed requirements and translating technical details into clear guidance for Legal and business stakeholders.
Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human‑in‑the‑loop practices to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.
