About the role:
As an Implementation Consultant, you will guide our direct customers and partner organizations through scalable implementation and onboarding project plans. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Solutions Architects, you will act as a dedicated technology specialist who loves the challenge of consulting, planning, and assisting with all sizes of platform rollouts. You will leverage your technical background in identity and access management to ensure smooth product transitions, directly driving customer satisfaction, meeting strict implementation SLAs, and increasing the overall adoption and utilization of the JumpCloud platform.

No. Each role is tied to one country, and you must live and be authorized to work there: India postings say "You must be located in and authorized to work in India to be considered for this role," and U.S. roles require you to be located within one of the 50 states. The careers page names the U.S., India, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Turkey, Lebanon, France, Germany and Australia among the places its team works. Outside the countries where it has its own legal entity, JumpCloud says it hires through Deel, and benefits there vary by country. Every candidate must speak and write English fluently.
Does JumpCloud ever require office attendance?
Rarely, and the job posting is where it is stated. Most roles have no in-office requirement, but at least one India-based sales role has specified a hybrid arrangement of three days a week in WeWork coworking offices and two days remote. If a role carries an office requirement, it is spelled out in that role's description.
Do JumpCloud roles come with set working hours?
JumpCloud publishes no company-wide core hours or meeting norms and says its flexible work schedule "varies by country and role." Some roles do carry a fixed shift: India-based roles that support North America have stated that "This opportunity requires that you work a specific shift as this is a region specific role," with hours set to overlap North American business hours.
