Acquia has physical offices, including its Boston headquarters, but attendance is not the default: open roles are predominantly remote and scoped by country. The company says greater flexibility in where people work helps it attract and retain top talent.
Not from anywhere. Acquia's open positions are scoped to specific countries per role, for example Remote-United States, Remote-Canada, Remote-United Kingdom, Remote-Japan, Remote-Costa Rica, and remote roles based in Pune or Delhi/NCR in India. Check the location on each posting.
Acquia publishes a 6-step recruitment process: Apply, Recruiter Conversations, Hiring Manager Meeting, Role and Culture Meetings, Final Check-In, and Offer.
Acquia offers unlimited PTO, stating that "at Acquia, unlimited PTO actually means unlimited," plus paid parental leave of up to 13 weeks maternity, 6 weeks paternity, and 6 weeks adoption leave at 100% pay, with a returning-parent transition program and adoption fee assistance.
