At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.
About the Role:
Our APAC Professional Services team is seeking a Principal Consultant who will lead high‑impact cybersecurity engagements, helping industrial organizations secure, mature, and scale their OT security programs. Your focus will be on directing enterprise‑level architecture reviews, threat assessments, tabletop exercises, and advanced advisory services across critical infrastructure sectors including government, electric, oil and gas, water treatment, and manufacturing. You will translate deep technical and operational expertise into strategic, executive‑level guidance for engineering, operations, and business leadership. Your impact will shape long‑term customer security strategies and drive innovation through research and product influence. The team will look to you for mentorship and industry representation through thought leadership and community engagement worldwide.

Dragos opened its Houston office in 2019, and in 2021 it expanded into Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the European Union. Most open roles are scoped to a specific country, so check each posting's location before applying.
Yes. Most Dragos postings include a compensation block that lists a single salary figure in local currency, rather than a range, alongside a competitive equity package and a comprehensive benefits plan.
Dragos postings promise a competitive equity package and a comprehensive benefits plan, but the company does not publish a dedicated benefits page. In the US, listed benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k).
All new hires must pass a background check as a condition of employment. A small number of government-facing roles also require an active security clearance, such as Top Secret or Secret in the US, or a Singapore clearance for a Singapore-based role.
It depends on the role. Engineering and product roles are largely remote, with some listing travel of around 10 percent or less. Customer-facing roles such as incident response, consulting, technical account management, and channel solution architecture list travel for onsite engagements, in some cases up to 40 or 50 percent. One government role requires onsite work at a customer location in Washington, DC.
Dragos suits people who want their work tied to protecting physical infrastructure, especially those with ICS or OT security, threat intelligence, incident response, or systems engineering backgrounds. Postings ask for comfort working independently in a remote, distributed environment, and engineering roles call for Rust, Go, Python, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure experience.
