LearnWorlds helps creators, educators and organizations build and grow learning businesses. We're a profitable, product-led SaaS company with customers in more than 150 countries. Our product serves two audiences at once: the people who build and run online schools, and the learners who use them. Designing well for both is what makes the work interesting.
AI is changing how products get made, and design along with it. A product direction might now begin as a PM prototype, an engineering experiment, customer feedback, AI output, or a designer's own idea. The designer's job is to judge what is worth pursuing and make it better, with the whole product in mind.
With time to market shrinking, we're looking for a Product Designer who notices what could be better and acts on it. Someone who gets hands-on and uses AI to expand what they can take on, without lowering the bar on quality or product thinking.
You're not tied to one product area. You design for both admin and learner experiences, moving between focused UI and interaction improvements, complex workflow-heavy flows, AI-enabled experiences, and our shared patterns and design system.
You don't wait for every problem to become a ticket. You notice gaps and opportunities, then decide what is worth fixing and move it forward. Context will often be incomplete. Creating clarity is part of the job.
Good judgment matters as much as craft. You know when to challenge a direction, simplify it, keep going, or stop. You care about quality without treating every detail as equally important. Bring an opinion and explain it. Be ready to change it when someone has a better one.
AI should increase the amount and range of work you can meaningfully take on. Use it throughout the work: explore and prototype, get up to speed on unfamiliar areas, test and critique ideas, and automate low-value tasks. You use AI to take on more without giving up the judgment that makes the work good, and you can explain what it contributed, what you rejected, and how you made the final call.
Reporting directly to the Head of Product Design, you work closely with Product Managers, engineers, instructional designers and fellow Product Designers, and you stay involved until the thing works. You can challenge an idea without making it personal, and you can be challenged without getting defensive. Strong opinions, lightly held. No ego, no politics.
There should be something you're unusually good at. We don't need to define it for you, but we should feel the difference in the work and in the team. Meeting the brief is expected. Bringing useful ideas beyond it is what will make you stand out.
You have strong product and UI craft and can take work from problem to delivery. Ideally, you have professional experience designing SaaS, B2B or other complex digital products. You're comfortable with changing priorities. You communicate clearly, work autonomously, and can drive initiatives forward when needed. You know when to use existing patterns and when they need to change.
We want each step to tell us something different about how you work. The process is designed to stay focused while giving both sides enough evidence to make a good decision.

LearnWorlds hires primarily across Europe, with office hubs in Athens, Crete, and Limassol (Cyprus). Recent openings have been posted in Greece, Spain, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Poland, and Germany, and roles are typically advertised as remote within Europe or the wider EMEA region rather than worldwide.
The careers page describes a four-step process: an initial call with a recruiter, a take-home assignment relevant to the role, an interview with the hiring team or manager, and a final meeting with one of the founders. Founders sitting in on the last round is consistent with the company's flat hierarchy — leadership stays close to hiring decisions.
Yes, if you are based in the EU/EEA. LearnWorlds provides the applicable salary range for the position before the job interview, determined using objective, gender-neutral criteria including role, level, and employment location. Salaries are not posted on public job listings, so expect the range to come from the recruiter rather than the ad.
The careers page lists 23 days of paid time off, private health and life insurance, an annual home-office allowance to set up your workspace, a company laptop, and three early summer Fridays in July and August. For growth, there is continuous training with access to books, resources, and conferences, and the fully remote team comes together for company retreats and other onsite team activities.
Yes. Flexible hours are offered to every employee, and the culture explicitly centers work-life balance. Outside of team meetings a few times a year, employees structure their own day and choose whether to work from home or drop into one of the offices.
