What You'll Do
- You will triage, analyze and classify a large volume of raw data to identify the issues and behavioral patterns;
- You will work with maps, search and navigation data to detect any issues that could influence the quality of results;
- You will build communication with stakeholders for refining requirements and acceptance criteria for the set tasks;
- You will build simple workflows for solving exact tasks, provide investigation and final analysis, flag found insights, report bugs and write summary documentation;
- You will edit large volumes of data in specialized tools, create various content for Mapbox services and products;
- You will contribute to the enrichment of map, search and navigation data by using specialized tools or making cartographic edits in OpenStreetMap.

Nice to have
- Experience with maps, search, navigation data, or related testing/analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or other technical tools.
- Familiarity with GitHub and Jira.
- Experience using AI tools for automation, research, or workflow optimization.
- Background in IT or completed IT courses.
- Interest in cartography and OpenStreetMap (OSM) contributions is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages.
