As a Regional Manager, Sales Engineering, you will lead a team of Sales Engineers and frontline leaders, driving technical execution, operational excellence, and team development across your region.
You’ll act as a force multiplier by owning team performance, shaping execution standards, and partnering closely with Sales leadership to influence strategy, improve outcomes, and scale impact beyond individual deals.

No. Datadog is a Structured Hybrid employer: people hired into an office or co-working location are expected in the office for part of each week, with the number of days set by each team. Fully remote roles are the exception, and a remote posting usually names the specific US states or countries where the role can be done, so check each posting's location list before applying.
Interviews take place over Zoom, but Datadog's candidate-experience page says one of the steps is expected to happen in person, so plan for at least one in-person step even when applying for a role with remote flexibility.
Remote workers are reimbursed for Wi-Fi, cell phones and office equipment, and hybrid employees get commuter programs. Datadog also runs team outings and offsites for both in-office and remote colleagues.
The careers page lists a mental health program with 10 free annual appointments for employees and their dependents, fully paid gender-neutral parental leave after 3+ months with the company, Flexible Paid Time Off, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan at a 15% discount, Gender Affirming Care Wallets, and family-forming support covering adoption, fertility, fertility preservation and surrogacy in eligible offices. New hires go through onboarding programs that run through their first 90 days in the role. After that, Datadog hosts Learning Week, a biannual week-long learning event, and its manager development programming runs to over a year's worth of activities, including some for individual contributors who want to explore a path into management.
