Sales Coordinator (US & Canadian Markets)

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Remote
Schedule: EST Hours (Core Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM EST, with additional flexible hours)
Compensation: $1,500 - $2,500/monthly + Commission (DOE)

About the Company

We are a startup helping Canadians become real estate investors through online events, bootcamps, and high-ticket coaching, offering community support and weekly calls. Their clients value the company's proactive communication, trustworthiness, and professionalism. They pride themselves on delivering a high-touch, impactful experience for clients.

We are now looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Closer who can take highly qualified leads through the final stages of the sales process, negotiate favorable terms, and consistently convert opportunities into signed agreements.

About the Role

This is a sales support role, not a closing role. You will work closely with our closers and lead generation team to make sure every lead is followed up, every call is booked and prepped, and every deal is tracked. You understand how sales works, and you keep the system clean so our closers can focus on closing.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales support, sales admin, or appointment setting, and works well on their own in a fast-paced, numbers-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update the sales pipeline in GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Book, confirm, and reschedule sales calls for the closing team.
• Follow up with no-shows and cold leads by SMS, email, and phone.
• Prep closers before calls with lead notes and history.
• Send contracts, payment links, and onboarding steps after a deal closes.
• Hand off new clients to the client success team.
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date every day.
• Track and report daily sales numbers (bookings, show rate, close rate).
• Spot gaps in the process and flag them to leadership.
• Support the team during online events and bootcamps.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales support, sales admin, appointment setting, or sales coordination.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline stages.
• Hands-on experience with a CRM, preferably GoHighLevel (GHL).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of leads and tasks.
• Able to work independently with minimal training.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in high-ticket sales, coaching, or online education.
• Experience working remotely with US or Canadian teams.
• Familiarity with sales KPIs and reporting.
• Basic Google Sheets or Excel skills.

What We're Looking For

Beyond experience, we're looking for someone who shows ownership, good judgment, and a team-first mindset. The ideal candidate is coachable, adaptable, proactive, and can run their day without being chased.

Operating Standards

• Clarity - Make things simple and easy to understand. Remove confusion.
• Speed - Act quickly. Move things forward immediately.
• Dependability - Show up on time, follow through, and proactively communicate. If it’s assigned, it gets done — no reminders, no chasing.
• Care - Take pride in your work. Care about people, the brand, and the outcome.
• Adaptability - Be flexible and open to change. Take on what’s needed without resistance.
• Results - Every goal has a clear number. Learn your KPI’s and don’t make excuses.
