As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Elastic, you'll play a key role in driving our continued growth by engaging prospective customers, understanding their business challenges, and creating high-quality opportunities that fuel our sales pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives and Marketing, you'll identify the right prospects, spark meaningful conversations, and help organizations discover how Elastic's platform can solve their most critical business challenges.

Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component.

Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position.
