You will work closely with experienced sales professionals to develop your skills while helping organizations transform their operations through intelligent automation. Your role is essential in expanding our market presence and contributing to our mission of accelerating human achievement through the power of automation.
Screen and follow up business leads sourced from official websites, media channels and service hotlines
Establish contact with partial existing contracted clients (including distributors and general agents), follow up on customer contract renewal procedures, and maintain relevant records in the system
Organize and complete enterprise customer data from internal and external systems
Conduct analytical work related to renewal transactions
Mine, categorize and organize industry and customer data within the White Space customer segment
Support the sales team with tasks such as price submission in sales systems
Organize and assist in drafting, distributing and collecting feedback for marketing emails, social media posts and soft articles
Assist in compiling documents related to solution proposals and sales management
Fluent Mandarin & English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; proficient in Microsoft Office suite; proactive and adept at leveraging AI tools to boost work efficiency
Lead generation, lead qualification and closing experience
3+ years knowledge and understanding of enterprise application software, business workflows and operational management
Quick learner with fundamental knowledge of AI applications
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (SFDC)
Solid business communication experience in B2B enterprise sales scenarios

That two-day minimum is a requirement, not a preference, so hybrid roles are not a work-from-anywhere arrangement.

Each posting carries its own workplace type, so read that field on the specific job rather than assuming from the department.

Only on some postings. Its job board shows pay on a subset of roles, for example a Business Development Representative in Austin at $52K to $70K plus commission, a Director of Product Management in Bellevue at $230K to $270K plus equity and bonus, and an Enterprise Account Executive in Milan at 153,800 to 230,650 euros. Roughly two in five US postings show nothing at all. UiPath does not publish a compensation philosophy or pay bands, so if the range is not on the listing, you will need to ask for it early in the process.

The company does not publish an interview-process breakdown, so ask about stages and timelines directly.
