RevenueCat removes the headaches of building and scaling in‑app subscriptions. Since graduating from YC’s S18 batch we’ve grown into the default monetization platform for mobile: we’re in >40% of newly shipped subscription apps, we process $12B+ in annual purchase volume, and we help everyone from a solo dev in Brazil to the OpenAI mobile team understand and grow their revenue.
We’re a remote‑first crew of 150+, spread across 25+ countries, and guided by values we actually practice: Customer Obsession, Always Be Shipping, Own It, and Balance. If you want your work to touch hundreds of millions of end‑users (and help the developers behind them get paid), you’ll fit right in.
RevenueCat is a lot of things for a lot of different users: Easy to integrate and maintain subscription infrastructure for engineers, a way to increase conversion and revenue for product teams, a source of invaluable insights for marketers, and the place where you support your paying customers for support teams. We're also (very) committed to connecting to and learning from all these different types of users.
That's where events come in: Most of us regularly attend events for all kinds of audiences, all around the world. It's an opportunity to learn from the different types of people that use RevenueCat on a day to day basis, to spend some face-time with our colleagues, and maybe collect a lead or two (thousand) while we're at it.
We're looking for a Senior Event Manager to join the team responsible for these in-person event experiences and activations, as well as the virtual events we regularly organize to connect to our audience remotely. Working alongside Sabrina, our Events Lead, you'll drive strategic initiatives across our event calendar, conceptualize and execute creative first-party experiences, and lead innovative event programs as we strive to leave a lasting impression and drive measurable business impact.
As our next Senior Event Manager, you'll immediately take ownership of major event programs and lead cross-functional initiatives that align events with broader company objectives. You'll work closely with Sales, Success and Product teams to design targeted experiences that accelerate pipeline and deepen customer relationships. Throughout, you'll mentor team members and independently drive company-critical event strategies.
You'll collaborate on event strategy development, own complex multi-stakeholder projects, and drive operational excellence across our growing event portfolio. You'll independently manage and reimagine various first-party events like roadshows, customer dinners, workshops, lunch & learns, among others, and own a major workstream for our annual conference.
A crucial part of your role will be designing and executing demand generation events that drive qualified pipeline for our Sales team. You'll work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to build impactful events that impress prospects, generate quality leads, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.
Present your "first ship" showcasing a quick win, such as:
Process improvements to existing event workflows
7+ Years of senior-level experience in Event Management in a B2B or B2D (Business to Developer) SaaS environment, with a proven track record of leading strategic event initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes through owned events and targeted customer activations
We're a fully remote team, so you'll need to excel in an asynchronous environment while using Notion, Zoom, Slack, and Linear at an expert level. You'll be expected to actively contribute to reducing 'meeting-bloat' while driving effective real-time collaboration on strategic initiatives.
