Tines is the intelligent workflow company that powers some of the world's most important workflows.
Tines has been supporting IT and security teams from a diverse range of customers, including Canva, Reddit, SAP, Coinbase, Mars, Fin (Intercom), and McKesson.
Tines 3B, launched in 2026, is the next generation of Tines – a single, secure environment for every team’s apps, agents and automations.
As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. Tines has security woven into its DNA, and our platform is secure and private by design.
At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Pricing to define and lead Tines’ monetisation, pricing and broader commercial strategy. This role will research how customers perceive and realise value, identify the commercial models that best support our enterprise strategy, and translate that work into clear choices about how we package, price and sell our platform.
You will combine long-term strategy with hands-on execution: building the evidence base, shaping new commercial models, setting the pricing roadmap, developing recommendations for the Pricing Steering Committee and working directly on important and non-standard deals. You will partner with Deal Desk, Product Marketing, Product, Finance, RevOps and Enablement to put decisions into practice, and build a small team of up to two people as the capability grows.
Tines is growing as an enterprise, sales-led orchestration, automation and AI platform. We do not rely on a public, self-serve pricing model: pricing quality is expressed through the way we package value, guide sellers and shape individual customer agreements. As our platform and enterprise opportunities become more complex, pricing needs dedicated senior ownership.
This role will create that capability. It combines long-term strategy with direct involvement in important deals, senior governance and practical execution. The person who joins will define how pricing works at Tines, establish the roadmap and operating model, and build the team needed for the next stage of growth.

Each Tines posting sets its own terms, and the current mix is mostly remote with some hybrid. Many remote postings name a region or time zone. One Customer Success role must be based in PST or MST, and a Product Marketing role can be remote anywhere in the US as long as the person lives in an eastern or central state. The Boston Sales Development Representative role is hybrid, with at least 3 days a week in the Boston office. Check the location line on each posting before you apply.
No. US postings say applicants must already be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S., and that Tines cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
The careers page lists Dublin as the European headquarters, Boston as the US headquarters, a San Francisco hub, and Australia. Some remote roles still involve in-person time. For example, an Ireland-based legal role calls for occasional travel to Dublin and other Tines locations, and a Bay Area sales role must be based in that region for regular in-person meetings and events.
The careers page lists 25 days of annual leave for employees in every location, plus extra company-wide holidays. Startup equity comes with an extended exercise window: 5 years once you have worked at Tines for 2 years. Other benefits include matched retirement contributions (401k, pension or superannuation, depending on country), private healthcare, inclusive parental leave, an employee assistance program, home office setup, a monthly phone and home internet allowance, an annual education allowance, and breastfeeding support for parents who travel for work. Tines notes that these benefits apply to permanent roles.
A 2022 engineering post from Tines described a short daily sync of 15 to 20 minutes. Team members write their updates in Slack under the headings Done, Doing and Discuss, and anyone who misses the sync can post asynchronously. The same post described a weekly Friday retrospective, technical plans written up and shared before coding starts, and regular in-person meetups through company-wide and team gatherings. These practices are from 2022, so ask during interviews how your team works today.
