Omniscient is an organic growth agency that builds revenue-focused organic growth systems for B2B software companies — optimized for both search engines and generative AI.
We pride ourselves on being lean, agile, and experimental. Our team thrives on R&D and innovation, always exploring the smartest ways to deliver exceptional results. We believe in a culture of building and shipping — whether it’s client deliverables, new services, or internal tools that keep us ahead of the game.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll tackle challenging problems, work with ambitious brands, and help shape the future of organic growth, let’s talk.
Learn about the principles that drive how we work and build a company.
As a Senior Organic Growth Strategist, you lead organic growth strategy for the agency's highest-value and enterprise accounts, making independent recommendations that move retention, expansion, and pipeline with little oversight. You are the person other strategists learn from and the one clients' executives trust with their hardest growth problems.
Beyond running your own book, you set the AEO measurement and reporting standard: which tool is the source of truth, how we read the data, and how we translate it for a VP or CMO who cares about pipeline, not citation counts. You support sales by shaping proposals and joining calls, you mentor junior strategists and analysts, and you spend meaningful time improving how the whole team works.
You report to the Director of AEO & SEO and partner closely with the founders on sales and methodology.
We are fortunate to offer competitive salaries and benefits, and we strive to create an environment that allows you to do your best work, develop your skills, and grow your career.
We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can sometimes hold us back from applying for a job. But there’s no such thing as a "perfect" candidate. Omniscient Digital is a place where everyone can grow. However you identify and whatever background you bring, please apply if the idea of this role excites you.
Omniscient Digital is an equal opportunity employer. We ensure equal opportunity, and all candidates are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristics.

Recent postings have asked for 3 to 5 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time, and a few require living within US time zones. Check the requirement on each posting before you apply.
The careers page lists an annual education stipend of up to $2,000. Job postings say it becomes available after one year of employment. Employees also get a networking stipend of up to $50 a month for coffee or a meal, one Kindle book a month (the company covers a Kindle if you don't own one), and a quarterly profit share after one year with the company.
For US-based employees, Omniscient Digital pays 90% of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums, and includes life insurance. Its 401k match covers 100% of contributions up to the first 3% of pay, then 50% of the next 2%. Time off is flexible (some postings call it unlimited), and the company recommends taking at least 14 vacation days a year.
The careers page lays out these steps: application, screening call, 3 to 5 interviews with people you would work with, a project, a final interview, and then an offer. The project can be done async or as a live working session. The company says plainly that it is a long process.
