Senior Partner Acquisition Manager, Industrial
Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.
We're building a new distribution engine - one designed to reach thousands of businesses through a small number of transformational partnerships.
As Senior Partner Acquisition Manager, Industrials, you'll own the strategy and acquisition of high-value partners across the industrial economy, including industry associations and trade groups, franchise and dealer networks, GPOs, and industrial technology ecosystems spanning construction, manufacturing, energy & utilities, logistics, field services, and the skilled trades.
This isn't traditional channel sales, you'll identify where Engine has the greatest opportunity to win, find the organizations capable of unlocking entire networks of customers, build the business case, engage executive decision-makers, negotiate the economics, and close partnerships capable of generating significant new revenue.
The opportunity is one-to-many: rather than winning one customer at a time, you'll build partnerships that can introduce Engine to hundreds or thousands of businesses at scale.
We're looking for a commercially sharp builder who sees whitespace as opportunity, operates with high agency, and knows how to turn an ambitious idea into a repeatable growth engine.
Build the Industrials partnership strategy. Map the ecosystem, identify the highest-leverage opportunities, and determine where Engine should place its bets across associations, trade groups, franchise and dealer networks, GPOs, ERP/field-service platforms, and other strategic networks.
Create pipeline from zero. Find and engage organizations with the reach, influence, and economics to become meaningful distribution partners for Engine. You'll own the hunt rather than inherit it.
Win complex, high-value partnerships. Lead the full acquisition cycle — from initial outreach and executive discovery through business-case development, commercial negotiation, and signature.
Sell at the executive level. Build credibility with C-suite executives and senior partners at sophisticated organizations, connecting Engine's value proposition to their strategic priorities and the needs of the businesses they serve.
Build the economics. Develop compelling, data-driven partnership models grounded in revenue potential, ROI, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Turn one relationship into hundreds of opportunities. Design partnerships that leverage a partner's member base, portfolio, dealer/franchise network, customer ecosystem, or distribution power to create scalable demand for Engine.
Launch what you close. Partner with Partner Success, Partner Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations to move signed agreements from paper to activation and generate partner-referred business.
Build the playbook as you go. Measure pipeline, signed partnerships, activation, opportunity creation, and revenue — then use what you learn to sharpen Engine's Industrials partnership motion as it scales.
You are a business development hunter and ecosystem builder who knows how to create revenue where a traditional sales motion can't.
You've built relationships from zero, sold an idea before there was an established playbook behind it, navigated complex organizations, and closed sophisticated commercial agreements with senior executives. You're equally comfortable developing the strategy and personally doing the work required to make it real.
This is an opportunity to do more than hit a partnership quota.
You'll help determine how Engine enters and scales across some of the largest B2B ecosystems in the country. The partners you sign can become distribution channels capable of producing meaningful revenue for years — and the playbook you build will help shape how Engine approaches new verticals as the partnerships organization grows.
If you're energized by whitespace, complex deals, executive-level selling, and building something before the blueprint exists, we want to talk to you.

Yes. Engine hires remote engineering talent in Latin America, with recent Remote - LATAM postings for backend, fullstack, frontend, and automation engineering roles.

Engine looks for people who take ownership and move quickly, reflected in values like "Drivers, not Passengers" and "Insist on High Standards." The company says it hires for grit, curiosity, and will.
It was. Hotel Engine rebranded to Engine (engine.com). The legacy Hotel Engine name still appears in some places, but it is the same company.
