Remote eligibility at Cresta is set role by role, and sometimes location by location: a single posting can list the same role as remote in one place and hybrid at an office in another. Read the posting body as well as its location line, because the body carries specifics the location line leaves out, such as the fixed in-office days some sales development roles require.
It depends on the role. Customer-facing postings can ask you to "work across time zones" or to join frequent video calls with customers from Eastern to Pacific time, so check the posting for that requirement and ask about overlap hours during interviews.
Cresta offers a choice of medical, dental and vision plans, inclusive paid parental leave, and flexible PTO, with time off that works for each employee's location and lifestyle. It also provides a remote work setup budget for a home office, and its careers page lists workspace support and access to cutting-edge AI technology.
Most of Cresta's US postings include a salary range, and the company describes its pay as competitive and location-based. Total compensation includes equity alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
Employees quoted on Cresta's careers page return to two themes: ownership and the caliber of their colleagues. A content marketing manager describes "a strong culture of ownership here -- but also of collaboration," and a software engineer says, "The best part of Cresta is the talent density."
Real outreach comes only from a Cresta recruiter using an @cresta.ai email address. Cresta says it will never text you about interviews or offers, and any employment inquiry from a non-cresta.ai address should be treated as spam. If you think you've been targeted by a hiring scam, Cresta encourages reporting it to the FBI's IC3.
