As a Senior People Analytics Analyst, you'll help GitLab use people data to make clear, informed decisions. The People Technology & Analytics Job Family owns the technology and reporting solutions that support GitLab's People team. Working in partnership with the People Leadership team and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll shape and deliver analytics solutions with a data-first mindset, from scalable reporting and advanced statistical analysis to survey strategy and workflow automation.
You don't need extensive GitLab or DevOps knowledge when you join. GitLab's onboarding and training program will provide the context you need to succeed in this role.
The People Technology & Analytics Job Family owns the technology and reporting solutions at GitLab. Working in partnership with the People Leadership team, the group plays both a strategic and tactical role in setting the direction for GitLab's people technology and analytics strategy. The team helps stakeholders use reliable data, clear reporting, and scalable processes to make informed decisions.

This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, alignment with market data, and geographic location.
