You will be responsible for creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, with a strong focus on onboarding flows and seamless AI feature interactions. You will test your UX solutions with customers, define optimal navigation and interaction patterns, and ensure design consistency with our brand guidelines, usability standards, accessibility best practices, and performance requirements.
RemoFirst describes a three-step hiring process: a thorough screening of every applicant, tailored interviews adapted to each role, and a focus on a smooth candidate experience regardless of the outcome. The company says it hires for potential, not just resumes.
What values does RemoFirst look for in candidates?
The careers page lists five values: Fast, Innovative, Respectful, Self-improvement, and Trust. In practice that means urgency in onboarding, customer response, and product development, plus a stated philosophy of hiring the right team and trusting them.
How is work evaluated on a fully remote team?
Employees describe a focus on results and outcomes rather than task-based work, with leadership empowering team members to take the lead and make decisions on challenges.
Can I work from anywhere, in any timezone?
Yes. Teammates are spread across roughly 30 countries on multiple continents, and the careers page states the team works remotely anywhere in the world, whenever they want.
Who is a good fit for RemoFirst?
People who want a startup environment where they can build and scale from scratch. Employees report the team recently doubled in size within a year, so roles come with fast growth and the chance to shape processes rather than inherit them.
