The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
How would you like to help the world’s largest companies transform the way they work through automation and Agentic Automation, enabling their teams to achieve more and focus on higher-value work?
As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will partner with some of UiPath’s most strategic customers to help them realize maximum value from their investment in the UiPath Platform. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers build, scale, and mature enterprise automation and agentic automation programs that drive measurable business outcomes.
Our TAM team advises and guides customers in designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-wide automation programs, leveraging UiPath’s technology, best practices, and expertise. We help customers accelerate adoption, establish governance, develop internal capabilities, and maximize the impact of their automation investments.
We entrust our TAMs with UiPath’s largest and most strategic customers, working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization—from technical teams to executive leadership—to drive adoption, innovation, and long-term success. Our focus is on helping customers achieve tangible business outcomes while transforming the way work gets done.
The TAM team plays a critical role throughout the customer lifecycle, from platform deployment and operational readiness to enterprise-scale adoption and continuous optimization. We coach and enable customer teams on platform best practices, governance, architecture, and delivery methodologies, helping them build sustainable, self-sufficient automation and agentic automation capabilities that deliver lasting business value.
