データセンター技術講師（リードインストラクター）は、ライブ形式のオンライン授業を担当し、社内スタッフと連携しながら受講者の学習を支援するポジションです。
主な業務は、データセンター技術に関するオンライン授業の実施です。本プログラムでは、さまざまな学習経験、職務経験、技術経験を持つ約100名の受講者を対象に、ライブ形式のオンライン授業を担当していただきます。
授業の準備・実施に加え、社内のプログラム運営チームとの連携を通じて、プログラム全体の円滑な実施と学習成果の向上に貢献していただきます。
上記の主な業務に加え、リードインストラクターには以下の姿勢や対応が求められます。
本ポジションは完全リモート勤務です。日本時間の授業および業務に対応可能な方であれば、応募していただけます。
報酬額は、地域、経験、学歴、スキルなどを考慮して決定します。報酬対象となる業務には、1回2時間30分の授業、授業準備、Correlation Oneスタッフとの週1回のミーティングが含まれます。

Correlation One hires remotely across several regions, but not under one company-wide rule: each posting names the region it is open to. Most postings also ask for working hours compatible with US Eastern time, so check both the location and the hours line on a posting before applying.
Both. Corporate roles in areas such as engineering, data and sales are full-time. Many instructor, teaching assistant and coaching roles are part-time contracts tied to a specific training program.
Full-time postings list insurance or subsidies based on country, unlimited time off with a recommended minimum, company-paid holidays, a company-wide holiday covering the last week of December, and free access to Correlation One's own data skills training. Some also list a retirement plan based on country. Part-time contract postings do not list these benefits.
Pay is set by location. Correlation One's postings say each compensation range is specific to the role's location and takes into account a wide range of factors. Some postings add that the range reflects base salary only, not bonus, equity or benefits.
Correlation One has warned candidates that a fraudulent account impersonated the company to offer fake curriculum and instructional design roles. The company says genuine openings are the ones listed on its own careers page at correlation-one.com/careers, so confirm any role there before sharing personal details.
