About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, culturally fluent Social Media Manager who can own the everyday heartbeat of Instacart's social presence. You're the strategic executor and creative engine behind our always-on content — writing briefs, leading platform operations, and ensuring Instacart shows up consistently, creatively, and relevantly between major campaigns. You know what stops a scroll before it trends on your FYP, you're as comfortable ideating content around the next food trend as you are in a spreadsheet, and you thrive in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
About the Team – You will be a key member of the Brand Marketing team at Instacart, reporting to the Head of Social. The Brand Marketing team is responsible for defining and building a beloved brand that fuels growth and builds long-term equity with consumers.

Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
