About the Role:
As a Customer Support Engineer - Tier 1, you will be responsible for providing world-class technical support to JumpCloud’s customers. We are looking for a highly technical self-starter that is driven to exceed customer expectations across JumpCloud’s various support channels. This position will resolve high priority and mission critical customer issues in a fast-paced environment. As a Technical Support Engineer- Tier 1 you will apply your technical knowledge to resolve customer issues, and regularly interface across Support and Engineering to ensure the timely resolution of defects.

Are any JumpCloud roles not fully remote?
Almost all are remote, but there is a documented exception. The Account Manager, North America - India posting based in Bangalore specifies "Hybrid working - 3 days in WeWork offices and 2 days fully remote." That posting places the in-office days in WeWork coworking space.
Do JumpCloud roles come with set working hours?
Some do. Two India-based roles covering North America, Account Manager and Customer Success Manager, state that "This opportunity requires that you work a specific shift as this is a region specific role." The Account Manager posting names the window: 5:30pm to 2:30am IST, Monday to Friday, to align with North American business hours. JumpCloud does not publish company-wide core hours or meeting norms anywhere on its own pages.
