About the role
The Deal Desk Analyst partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations to manage the end-to-end deal process. You will provide guidance on deal structure, pricing, discounting, quoting, and contract terms, ensuring opportunities align with company policies and commercial objectives.
You will act as a trusted advisor to Sales, helping teams navigate complex deals, secure the right approvals, and move efficiently from quote to close. You will also identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce cycle times, and strengthen the Deal Desk function.
What you’ll do:
Support the structuring and pricing of high-value and complex SaaS deals.
Review quotes, contracts, discounts, payment terms, and non-standard deal requests.
Ensure compliance with pricing guidelines, approval workflows, and internal policies.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to resolve deal-related questions and roadblocks.
Provide commercial guidance to Sales to support win rates and margin preservation.
Maintain accurate deal data across Salesforce and other relevant systems.
Track deal performance, approval timelines, and quote-to-close efficiency.
Identify and implement improvements to Deal Desk processes, systems, and documentation.
What you’ll bring:
Four or more years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Pricing, or financial analysis.
Experience supporting complex enterprise B2B SaaS transactions.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel or Google Sheets.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, commercially minded approach with the confidence to advise and influence stakeholders.
