The Director, Global Field & Channel Marketing is responsible for developing and executing global field marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and accelerate revenue, while collaborating with the Director of Channel Marketing to support channel priorities and partner engagement. This leader owns field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline performance across regions and partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel teams to align marketing investments with business outcomes. The role leads a team of Field & Channel Marketing Managers and establishes scalable planning frameworks and playbooks that enable global consistency while supporting local market needs.

Responsibilities
Strategy & Revenue Marketing
- Global Field Marketing Strategy: Define and execute global field marketing strategies aligned to corporate growth objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals, while supporting channel priorities in partnership with the Director of Channel Marketing.
- Pipeline Ownership & Revenue Accountability: Own field-sourced and field-influenced pipeline contribution, with programs designed to create, progress, and accelerate opportunities across target segments and geographies; support partner-sourced pipeline through aligned channel programs.
- ABM & Territory Marketing: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Revenue Marketing to develop account-based marketing programs, territory plans, whitespace strategies, and regional growth initiatives for named, strategic, and customer accounts.
- Global Center of Excellence: Build scalable planning frameworks, playbooks, campaign models, reporting standards, and best practices that drive consistent global execution while enabling regional adaptation.
- Market Insight: Use customer, competitive, and market insights to guide regional strategy, program design, and investment decisions.
Campaigns, Events & Executive Engagement
- Integrated Campaign Leadership: Lead integrated regional programs across events, digital, content, partner, and outbound channels to drive engagement and pipeline growth.
- Field Event Strategy: Set strategy for major conferences, regional events, roadshows, webinars, and customer experiences, partnering closely with the Event Marketing Manager on logistics and execution.
- Executive Engagement: Develop and scale high-value programs including advisory boards, executive roundtables, customer councils, leadership dinners, and strategic experiences that engage buying committees and accelerate enterprise opportunities.
Team & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field and channel marketing professionals, setting clear objectives and fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Sales & GTM Alignment: Serve as the senior marketing partner to regional sales leaders and establish recurring planning, forecasting, and performance reviews aligned to territory priorities, target accounts, pipeline goals, and business outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, Channel, and Sales leadership to ensure coordinated go-to-market execution and a strong feedback loop from the field.
Partner Ecosystem Growth
- Channel Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the Director of Channel Marketing to support channel strategy and execute aligned regional co-marketing programs that expand reach, strengthen partner engagement, and contribute to through-partner pipeline.
Budget, Performance & Innovation
- Budget Management & ROI Optimization: Own and forecast global field marketing budgets, allocating resources against the highest-impact regional and business priorities.
- Performance Measurement & Analytics: Partner with RevOps to track performance against established targets and measurement frameworks, analyze pipeline contribution, opportunity progression, deal acceleration, attribution, and ROI, and translate insights into recommendations for leadership.
- AI & Marketing Innovation: Champion AI-enabled marketing, intent data, predictive analytics, and modern MarTech to improve targeting, personalization, operational efficiency, and program performance.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including global or multi-region field marketing leadership within enterprise SaaS; cybersecurity experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience owning or materially influencing pipeline and revenue targets, with accountability for field-sourced and field-influenced results and experience supporting partner-sourced outcomes.
- Demonstrated success developing account-based marketing programs and territory strategies for enterprise and strategic accounts.
- Experience directly leading and developing field marketing managers, including responsibility for team structure, priorities, performance, and growth.
- Hands-on experience building and executing field strategies across multiple regions and countries, with the ability to balance global consistency and local market requirements.
- Strong partnership with Sales leadership, RevOps, Revenue Marketing, Product Marketing, and Channel teams to drive measurable go-to-market outcomes.
- Experience developing executive engagement programs and managing major conferences, regional events, partner activations, and customer experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage substantial budgets, forecast investments, assess ROI, and communicate performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Fluency with CRM, marketing automation, intent and predictive-data platforms, event technology, analytics, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
- Outstanding strategic, operational, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead through influence in a fast-paced global environment.
