We're looking for a Forward Deployed Staff Product Designer to craft elegant, intuitive experiences for AI agents and complex enterprise systems. You'll partner with forward-deployed PMs and client teams, translating AI capabilities into clear conversational flows and interactions.This role requires someone who can parachute into projects, contribute to discovery workshops, and prototype rapidly. You're comfortable with ambiguity and defining UX patterns for novel AI capabilities that don't have established conventions yet.

Tribe AI runs a structured four-step process: a recruiter introduction, conversations with the team and a co-founder, and a take-home exercise or working session. The company commits to response times, saying it will come back with a clear answer and won't keep candidates waiting.
