We're looking for an eager early-career go-to-market (GTM) and operations professional who is excited to learn, take ownership, and wear multiple hats. This isn't a role where you'll only do sales or only customer success. You'll gain exposure across the entire customer journey, from demos and onboarding to billing, renewals, implementation, and operations.
While you will work closely with experienced cross-functional partners who will help you ramp up quickly, the ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on solving problems and taking initiative in a fast-paced startup environment. If you're curious, customer-focused, systems-minded, and excited to build your toolkit while making a meaningful impact, we'd love to connect!
At Gather, compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $75,000 - $95,000 annually.
Base pay is one part of the total package provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role will be eligible for bonus opportunities.
