We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented International Accounting Manager to oversee global accounting operations and support the company's expanding international footprint. This role will lead multi-entity global consolidations, ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple international jurisdictions, and partner closely with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Yes. Alpaca is a 100% remote company with 380+ team members distributed worldwide, including the USA, Canada, Japan, Hungary, Nigeria, Brazil, and the UK. Roles are posted by region such as Americas, EMEA, APAC, or North America, and some open positions can be worked from anywhere globally.
Alpaca leans on asynchronous communication and uninterrupted deep work so a globally distributed team can collaborate across nearly every time zone. Most roles hire across a broad region, though some postings specify a working-hours overlap, for example Eastern or European time zones, when a function needs closer coordination.
