About the Role
We are excited to be growing our Business Development organization and are currently seeking an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our Denver team. In this role, you will have a high impact position within our sales organization, overseeing the recruitment, performance, and culture of our Enterprise Business Development team in our beautiful Denver office. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing Management to ensure the effective generation of pipelines. Your responsibilities will include managing, developing, and implementing strategic tactics for both inbound and outbound business development. Additionally, you will play a vital role in our marketing and sales leadership team, contributing to the shaping of our BDR program as we expand globally. This position will report to our BDR Director.
This is a full-time, hybrid position based out of our Denver, CO office. You will be expected to work from our Denver office 3 days per week. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

This position qualifies for Fivetran’s incentive plan, and it’s common for employees in this role to achieve the total on-target earnings.
As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.
