At Dragos, the mission is personal. The systems we protect deliver the water you drink, power your home, and keep the hospitals your community depends on running. Those critical infrastructure systems that power our civilization around the world are under attack every day by adversaries. When those systems fail, people are immediately at risk. We are the global leader in xOT cybersecurity, combining technology, threat intelligence, and expert services. The people here chose this work because they understand what is at stake. Here, you will find a remote-first mission-driven team across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC built on authenticity, transparency, and trust. If safeguarding the systems that protect your family, friends, and community is the kind of work that matters to you, you are in the right place.
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven post-sales technical manager to join our Dragos Public Sector (DPS) customer experience (CX) team. In this role, you will work with leaders from engineering, product management, OT Watch & Intel to ensure there are no barriers to product adoption. You’ll work with leaders from sales and solution architects to leverage positive business outcomes to promote operationalization and prove the value of the Dragos Platform, along with other products.
You will use your extensive knowledge of security in industrial organizations to lead a diverse team of subject matter experts. These SMEs provide technical advice to practitioners who monitor and secure their critical infrastructure and use the technology to up-level their visibility, insights, and decisions. Use your excellent technical, communication, organizational, and leadership skills to oversee a team of creative problem solvers, who can translate complex technical details into a business context. The ideal candidate can drive transformational programs to increase efficiency and scale while maintaining a world-class customer experience.

Dragos opened its Houston office in 2019, and in 2021 it expanded into Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the Middle East, and the European Union. Most open roles are scoped to a specific country, so check each posting's location before applying.
Yes. Most Dragos postings include a compensation block that lists a single salary figure in local currency, rather than a range, alongside a competitive equity package and a comprehensive benefits plan.
Dragos postings promise a competitive equity package and a comprehensive benefits plan, but the company does not publish a dedicated benefits page. In the US, listed benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life and disability insurance, and a 401(k).
All new hires must pass a background check as a condition of employment. A small number of government-facing roles also require an active security clearance, such as Top Secret or Secret in the US, or a Singapore clearance for a Singapore-based role.
It depends on the role. Engineering and product roles are largely remote, with some listing travel of around 10 percent or less. Customer-facing roles such as incident response, consulting, technical account management, and channel solution architecture list travel for onsite engagements, in some cases up to 40 or 50 percent. One government role requires onsite work at a customer location in Washington, DC.
Dragos suits people who want their work tied to protecting physical infrastructure, especially those with ICS or OT security, threat intelligence, incident response, or systems engineering backgrounds. Postings ask for comfort working independently in a remote, distributed environment, and engineering roles call for Rust, Go, Python, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure experience.
