How does Contentsquare decide whether a role is remote or hybrid?

Contentsquare says the choice depends on the nature of the job, time zone requirements and team collaboration needs, and that management makes the call for each role. Many roles carry time zone requirements tied to customers: Customer Success roles, for example, often need overlap with the time zones of the customers they support. The company also notes that a posting listing a country rather than a specific city usually means there is some flexibility on time zones.

What is the interview process like at Contentsquare?

Contentsquare says its global recruitment process is primarily virtual and typically takes about 4 to 5 weeks. Background checks are run through HireRight.

What benefits does Contentsquare highlight?

Every full-time, permanent employee is eligible for stock options on joining. The company also provides a Wellbeing Allowance and mental health support services, paid time off tailored to each location that follows local public holiday calendars, and parental leave for birthing parents, non-birthing partners and adoption or surrogacy according to local regulations. Parents get a flexible return-to-work policy, and everyone has annual family care leave days. Senior-level employees receive performance-based bonuses.

What learning and development support does Contentsquare offer?

Contentsquare lists digital learning tools, professional coaching, an internal mentorship program, a peer-to-peer enrichment program and a Management and Leadership Academy.

How does Contentsquare build community across a distributed team?

Employees can join four employee resource groups: ElevateHER, Multiculture, Pride and A.D.A.P.T. A global culture crew runs breakfasts, happy hours and sports activities for people both in person and remotely. Employees also get up to 8 hours of volunteering on company time each year, and the company matches charitable donations for everyone.
