Principal GTM Systems Architect

We are looking for a Lead, GTM Engineering and Architecture to drive the technical vision, design, and implementation of our next-generation systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows for our go-to-market teams. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead technical initiatives across Salesforce, Agentforce, Workato, Zapier, Claude Code, and the broader GTM technology stack to architect scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.
This is a strategic leadership and hands-on builder role. You will partner with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Revenue Operations to define the technical roadmap, identify process bottlenecks, and design architectural frameworks. The right person will have an expert-level Salesforce foundation, extensive development credentials, deep experience with scalable architecture, a strong vision for how AI transforms GTM operations, and a passion for mentoring technical talent.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $220,00 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
