As a Principal Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Coursera’s content ecosystem, with a focus on the authoring and content production tools that power the creation of learning experiences. Your work will enable Coursera and our partners to bring high-quality, career-aligned content to market faster, scale interactive and adaptive formats, and unlock new possibilities for developing learning at scale.
Your mission? Build the future of how content is authored, optimized, and ingested onto Coursera. You’ll help expand the breadth, freshness, and relevance of our catalog. You’ll lead initiatives that empower educators, subject matter experts, and enterprise customers to create engaging content, while also advancing how Coursera harnesses AI to deliver high-quality, trusted content for learners worldwide.

The range(s) listed above is the expected annual base salary for this role, subject to change.
Salary is just one component of Coursera’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for a bonus program and equity in the form of RSU’s.
A number of factors are taken into account when determining pay, which includes: job level, location, training/education, business need, skill set and internal equity.
