As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Astronomer, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and a key driver of pipeline for the sales team. You'll identify and qualify high-potential leads, introduce them to Astro, and set up meaningful conversations for our Account Executives. The estimated total compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 - $115,000 based on leveling and geography, along with an equity component and a comprehensive benefits package. This range is merely an estimate; actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
