We are hiring an experienced data analyst to partner with our internal stakeholders and help build the foundations that make AI-powered data access reliable.
You will support multiple business areas (including Product, Finance, and Customer Success) and contribute significantly to the semantic layer and our data model.

Every open role is fully remote and hiring is open across the Americas. The team keeps core collaboration hours from 12 to 3 PM Eastern, and it gets together for semi-annual company offsites and in-person team meetings.
Pay is set in USD bands that vary by location, so the same title carries a lower band in Brazil than in the US, and every level includes a substantial equity package. Tremendous says it pays top of market and pays international employees far closer to US rates than to local-market rates.
