Join Camunda as a Senior Manager, Presales and lead a team of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects dedicated to delivering technical depth and business relevance across enterprise deals. You'll be hands-on in strategic deals while building the habits, skills, and standards in your team that makes it consistently effective. You and your team work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure every technical proof point connects back to a business outcome and that your SEs can engage the full range of stakeholders they'll encounter, from C-level, business leads, SMEs, developers and architects to IT managers and operations leaders.
Lead and Develop the Presales Team: Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, actively coaching them on deal execution, stakeholder engagement, and connecting technical capabilities to customer value.
Be an Active Deal Partner: Stay hands-on in key deals, supporting your team in navigating complex enterprise conversations and ensuring strong technical win rates.
Drive Consistency and Quality: Identify gaps in how the team operates and implement standards that improve the reliability and effectiveness of the SE motion.
Develop Presales Collateral: Update existing and create new presales materials and service offerings in response to sales and prospect demand.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Sales managers, Customer Success, and Product to support deal execution and feed insights back into how we position and improve our offering.

We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition.
The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills, experience, and location, and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth:

Camunda is a 100% remote company that hires across more than 80 countries, so there is no office requirement or relocation. Roles are open to candidates in locations where Camunda can legally employ them, and you work from home or a co-working space rather than a headquarters.
Salary ranges are location-based and split into Standard markets and Major markets (global tech hubs) to reflect local competition. Your Annual Total Target Cash combines a base salary with a variable target of up to 100% where the role applies, so pay reflects both where you live and how the role is structured.
Camunda provides flexible (unlimited) time off, 20 weeks of paid parental leave in your first year of parenthood, and locally tailored healthcare by country. Wellbeing support includes a Headspace subscription, Modern Health access, and an annual fitness reimbursement.
