Consumers across the globe need safe, transparent financing while merchants want to provide users with their preferred way to pay and convert more buyers. To help achieve this vision, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager for our 1:Many Growth team.
Affirm's Distribution Partnerships program - internally called "1:Many" - is one of the highest-leverage growth levers at the company. Instead of integrating merchant by merchant, we integrate once into a platform merchants already use, and every merchant on that platform becomes reachable through that single integration. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including commercial, merchant risk, design, product analytics, and engineering to define, launch and grow integrations with platform partners. Effective stakeholder management and ability to successfully navigate organizational dynamics are a must for success. You should be outcomes-driven with a very high bias for action.

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.
Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). In addition, the employees may be eligible for equity rewards offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).
CAN base pay range per year: $153,000 - $213,000

Affirmers in proximal roles have the flexibility to work remotely, but will occasionally be required to work out of their assigned Affirm office.
