Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team.
We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build.
This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional.
Important: This role is an existing vacancy

Some. You need to be eligible to work under local employment rules, regulated roles can carry jurisdiction requirements, and some customer-facing roles need a particular location or language. In some countries Camunda employs people directly; elsewhere it hires through its global employer-of-record partner, Remote.com.
Camunda's salary ranges are location-based, split into Standard markets and Major markets (global tech hubs) to reflect local competition. Posted ranges show Annual Total Target Cash, meaning base salary plus the full variable target for roles that carry one, running from the Standard-market minimum to the Major-market maximum. Camunda says it typically hires in the first half of the range to leave room for growth, and it offers equity where applicable through a virtual stock option plan.
Camunda's benefits are designed globally and delivered locally. They include flexible time off, locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for mental wellbeing, a 24/7 employee assistance program, retirement and pension plans, and life and disability insurance where relevant. Remote-work support covers a home office budget, co-working space support and equipment shipped to you when you join, and a Live Well lifestyle spending account can go toward fitness, family care or personal interests.
Camunda runs a single hiring pipeline for every role, and a Talent Acquisition Partner reviews every application before the company responds. It recommends applying to the one role that best matches your skills rather than to several unrelated ones, and postings say whether they are an existing vacancy or a potential upcoming one. Camunda may use AI tools to help screen applications and during interviews.
Camunda gives each employee up to 1,000 a year in local currency (dollars, euros or pounds) for self-directed learning such as courses, certifications and books, plus unlimited LinkedIn Learning access and regular career conversations. Deeper development runs through a People Manager Development Program, coaching and mentoring, and new hires start with a personalized onboarding plan and ongoing mentorship.
