As a Full Stack Software Engineer on the Data Analytics team at Bitwarden, you will be responsible for building and maintaining core cross-cutting areas of our codebase, enabling your team and others to build secure, performant, and user-focused software. Yes. Bitwarden is a fully distributed, all-remote company. Team members work from home across many US states and more than 14 countries, with no in-office requirement.
Roles are region-scoped rather than open worldwide. Bitwarden posts positions for the US, the United Kingdom, and the broader EMEA region. US roles have no time-zone preference but do not include visa sponsorship, so you need to already be authorized to work in the role's region.
Benefits include a company-provided computer plus up to $500 in home office reimbursement, 401(k) contributions, 20 days of flexible time off with 11 flexible holidays (an extra week of vacation kicks in after four years), and $500 a year for skill development. In the US, medical, dental, and vision premiums are covered; internationally, benefits are calculated into pay.
