At Publitas, we’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Service Delivery Coordinator to support our growing customer portfolio across the EU. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, high-quality service experience while helping internal teams stay aligned and operationally efficient.
This role is for you if you…
- You have 2+ years of experience in service delivery, project coordination, customer operations, or a similar client-facing operational role, ideally within a SaaS or digital environment
- You speak and write fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus (German is strongly preferred)
- You are based within the EU time zone
- You have experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders in a professional environment
- You have strong organisational and project coordination skills and enjoy working across clients and internal teams
- You care deeply about accuracy, timelines, operational quality, and service delivery standards
- You are comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools such as Asana, Slack, Zoom, and other digital collaboration platforms
- You are proactive, highly responsive, and able to manage multiple moving pieces without losing structure or quality

Requirements
The work you’ll do…
Client & Service Delivery Coordination
- Own a portfolio of Service clients and coordinate ongoing deliverables, timelines, and communication across accounts
- Ensure the successful execution of deliverables across multiple concurrent projects, consistently meeting timelines, quality standards, and agreed SLAs
- Manage and monitor the Services inbox, ensuring timely responses and proactive follow-up
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding timelines, deliverables, updates, risks, and next steps
- Escalate blockers, risks, or client concerns where appropriate
Operational & Project Coordination
- Work closely with Project Managers and Delivery Consultants to coordinate service deliverables from start to finish
- Coordinate internal operational workflows and ensure tasks are accurately tracked and completed on time
- Monitor project and deliverable progress to ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met
- Schedule meetings, document notes and action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed
Content & Platform Operations
- Coordinate the creation, upload, and distribution of client content across Publitas and partner platforms
- Ensure all client assets are uploaded accurately and delivered according to agreed requirements and timelines
- Maintain high-quality assurance standards across all deliverables and operational processes
Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement
- Conduct recurring QA checks to maintain high operational and service quality standards
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and service delivery processes
- Provide weekly status updates on timelines, workloads, risks, and portfolio progress
- Contribute to operational improvements and support broader Services initiatives where needed
