Brave is Fully Remote and hires globally. Its open roles are posted for locations including Anywhere, Remote, the USA, North America, and the USA and EU. One recent Senior Ad Sales Director role, for example, considered candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Germany, or France.
Most are. Brave operates as a fully remote team with no office, but a small number of roles are location-bound exceptions, such as a UK-based hybrid IT Support Engineer role and an onsite Workplace Operations Coordinator role in London.

Only partially. Some US roles include a compensation line in the job posting, but most engineering and other roles do not display a range. For instance, a Senior Ad Sales Director listing showed a 150-160K x 2 OTE figure, while many other roles list no range at all.
