The US total compensation range for this full-time position is $170,000 - $248,000 (inclusive of salary + equity). Our ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, and education/training. Please note that the compensation listed does not include benefits.

No. Doximity is remote-first, and its San Francisco headquarters is its main listed office. Most employees work remotely, and a small group works hybrid from the San Francisco office. Most open postings are listed as San Francisco or remote in the U.S. Each posting says where that role can be done from, and a few are office-based, so check the listing before you apply.
Mostly, yes. Nearly all of Doximity's current postings include a salary band in U.S. dollars. A couple of roles were posted without one.
Doximity matches 401(k) contributions dollar for dollar, up to $3,000, and offers both traditional (pre-tax) and Roth (after-tax) options. The company also gives equity grants to employees, and postings for its Curative and Doximity Talent Solutions business list an employee stock purchase plan.
An employee-written company article from May 2026 describes a paid, flexible parental leave plan of three months, which can flex up to six months. Doximity also offers adoption and fertility benefits, including financial reimbursement, and supports travel for medical care, fertility preservation and treatment, and adoption costs.
Job postings list flexible paid time off and company holidays, and Juneteenth is a company holiday. Doximity also describes a last-week-of-the-year shutdown so the company can take the holidays together.
