401(k) / Retirement Plan

The retirement plan depends on country: a 401(k) in the US, employer pension contributions in the UK, Ireland and Canada, and superannuation contributions to a fund of the teammate's choice in Australia.

401(k) Match

US teammates get a 5% employer 401(k) contribution even if they don't contribute anything themselves. Canadian teammates get the same 5% pension contribution.

Every full-time teammate, in every hiring country, receives stock options.

Most posted pay ranges are quoted as base salary plus bonus and equity.

PTO / Vacation

Sick Days

Sick leave is part of every country's package, as sick/wellness leave in Ireland and Canada and personal/carer's leave in Australia.

Bereavement Leave

Bereavement leave is included for teammates in every hiring country: the US, UK, Ireland, Australia and Canada.

Paid Holidays

Every country's leave package includes floating holidays; the Ireland, Australia and Canada packages also list paid holidays.

Flexible Schedule

Teams set core work routines, and flexibility in how, when and where people work is layered around them. Some support roles run on fixed shifts or time zones.

Internet Stipend

A monthly digital reimbursement covers internet and phone costs: $75 in the US, $185 AUD in Australia, £92 in the UK and €111 in Ireland.

Home Office Stipend

New starters get a one-time home office setup reimbursement: $500 in the US, $800 AUD in Australia, £398 in the UK and €480 in Ireland. Australian teammates also get a $40 AUD monthly tech stipend for equipment.

Company Offsites / Retreats

The company meets in person at the annual Summer Summit in the US. Postings for the UK, Ireland and Australia include at least one trip to the US each year, with extra local events in Australia.

Parental Leave

US and Australian teammates receive 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and in Australia it covers both primary and secondary carers. Parental leave is also part of the UK, Ireland and Canada packages.
