Requirements
You'll own the day-to-day performance of our consumer platforms while proactively identifying new opportunities to grow traffic, engagement and customer value.
- Own the day-to-day performance of Folders.nl, Promobutler.be, and support the continued growth of PromoZilla.
- Plan, publish, and optimise promotional content, campaigns, banners, push notifications, and email communications.
- Drive traffic and engagement across web, app, affiliate and social channels through continuous experimentation, optimisation and data-driven decision making.
- Develop and execute organic and paid social campaigns, including TikTok and emerging channels.
- Launch and analyse A/B tests to improve user engagement and platform performance.
- Work closely with Sales, media agencies, affiliate partners and clients to deliver successful campaigns.
- Monitor traffic, engagement and customer behaviour, turning insights into actions.
- Continuously improve workflows and identify opportunities to automate repetitive work using AI and modern marketing tools.
What you bring…
- Experience managing websites, digital content, campaigns or consumer-facing digital platforms.
- A proven track record of growing traffic through channels such as search, social, email, push notifications or affiliate marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actions and measurable improvements.
- Experience with CMS platforms, digital marketing tools and campaign optimisation.
- Excellent organisational skills and confidence managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Comfortable working across both B2B and B2C environments.
- A curious, proactive mindset—you enjoy experimenting, solving problems and continuously improving how things work.
- You already use AI to improve your productivity and automate repetitive work.
- Fluent English. Dutch is highly preferred.
