UiPath is seeking an Enterprise Sales Executive to drive growth within existing Life Sciences accounts across BioPharma and Medical Device organizations in the United States. This role partners closely with executive stakeholders, Digital Transformation leaders, and AI Centers of Excellence to expand enterprise adoption of agentic automation and AI-powered business transformation initiatives.
This is a high-impact role for a consultative enterprise seller who thrives in complex customer environments, builds trusted executive relationships, and drives long-term account growth.

That two-day minimum is a requirement, not a preference, so hybrid roles are not a work-from-anywhere arrangement.

Roughly two in five US postings show nothing at all. UiPath publishes four values with concrete sub-tenets rather than slogans. Humble means keeping an open mind, cultivating kindness, being a team player, and checking your ego. Fast means practicing agility, prioritizing simplicity, driving results, and being proactive. Expect those four to shape how interviewers frame questions. The company does not publish an interview-process breakdown, so ask about stages and timelines directly.
