The Role: Two Jobs Running in Parallel
We operate across two growth motions:
- B2B enterprise adoption across Finance, Travel, People, and Sales
- A PLG engine that drives bottom-up adoption and fuels enterprise expansion
Your role is to define the balance and sequencing between these motions, building a focused strategy that proves one while laying the foundation for the other.
The growth loop: individual tries Roamr → saves their company money → tells colleagues / the team opens the CFO conversation with proof of adoption and savings → full company rollout. A referral mechanic accelerates this — travellers earn a cut of Roamr's revenue from colleagues they refer, for 12 months.
Content is wide open. Early tests are working, 3.9%–7%+ CTR with minimal effort. No organic engine exists yet. You will build it from scratch and scale it.
What You'll Own
- Build the marketing function from the ground up with full autonomy and ownership
- Define Roamr's brand positioning and voice, what we sound and look like at scale
- Create high-impact content across organic, editorial, and social formats that earn attention
- Drive paid acquisition across Meta, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, scaling what works through rapid experimentation
- Build the PLG motion, converting individual usage into company-wide adoption
- Develop a repeatable B2B demand generation engine from early foundations
- Amplify brand presence through trade shows, press, and existing recognition
- Hire and scale the team as channel success and priorities become clear
