Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers some of the world's most important workflows. Our intelligent workflow platform applies AI, automation, and integration with human ingenuity to drive real business results.
Tines serves a diverse range of customers, from startups to public companies, including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson. As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines is vendor-agnostic integrating with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. And because Tines is secure and private by design, it’s popular with security, IT, engineering, finance, and other security-focused teams.
At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.
Tines is looking for an entrepreneurial and commercially minded Legal Counsel to join our growing global Legal team. This is a remote role based in Ireland, with occasional travel to Dublin and other Tines locations.

You will work closely with the existing Legal team, Sales leaders, Sales teams, Deal Desk, Customer Success, Partnerships, Finance, and Security.
This is a commercial, sales-driven role. You will independently lead customer negotiations, provide practical and timely advice, and help the business close deals while appropriately managing legal risk.

Tines is remote-first with physical hubs rather than fully distributed. Most open roles are advertised as remote within a named country or region, while a smaller number are hybrid roles based at its Dublin or Boston offices. The careers page lists four hubs: Dublin as European headquarters, Boston as US headquarters, plus a San Francisco hub and Australia.
The Tines careers page lists 25 days of annual leave for all employees worldwide plus extra company-wide holidays, retirement matching (401k, pension, or superannuation), comprehensive private healthcare, a home office setup, a monthly phone and home internet allowance, and an annual education reimbursement allowance called Upskill. The page notes the listed benefits apply to permanent roles.
Tines offers startup equity with an extended exercise window: after two years of working at the company, the window to exercise options extends to five years, per the careers page.
Open roles at the time of writing span the United States, Ireland, and Australia, with each role restricted to a named country or region rather than open worldwide. Recent postings include remote roles scoped to the United States (including East, West, and Central), North America, and Ireland, plus a small number of hybrid positions in Dublin and Boston and onsite roles in Sydney.
The careers page lists inclusive, generous parental leave policies, breastfeeding support for parents who are required to travel for work, and confidential employee assistance programs.
