We’re looking for a Marketing Manager II to own consumer marketing for Canada. You’ll be responsible for the national go-to-market strategy and execution across integrated campaigns, local content, and partnerships — working closely with our brand, media, creative, CRM, and agency partners to deliver work that drives measurable outcomes and makes an impact locally. This role reports to the Director, Partnerships & Strategic Audience Marketing.
This is a high-ownership role on a lean, fast-moving team. You’ll move fluidly between campaign strategy and execution — developing briefs, partnering with cross-functional teams, and executing. On the partnership side, you’ll serve as a trusted external counterpart to partners and agencies, bringing equal parts rigor and creativity from brief through performance review. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, a genuine feel for what resonates with Canadian consumers, and the discipline to deliver quality work across multiple concurrent programs.
