About the Role
Fivetran’s monetization platform is growing in complexity, spanning multiple products, usage-based pricing, billing and metering systems, entitlements, subscriptions, and evolving go-to-market motions. Delivering a seamless, transparent, and trustworthy monetization experience is critical to both customer trust and long-term business growth.
We’re looking for a Staff Product Manager to own key areas of Fivetran’s monetization platform, with a focus on billing, metering, entitlements, and subscription lifecycle management. This role sits at the intersection of product, platform, pricing strategy, and customer experience.
You’ll partner closely with your fellow teammates on Product, Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, and strategic pricing leaders to define and execute the roadmap for how usage is measured, billed, packaged, and surfaced to customers. You’ll help ensure that pricing innovations can be implemented reliably and scalably while maintaining a high-quality customer experience across all monetization touchpoints. This is an ideal role for a PM who enjoys complex systems, operational rigor, and solving customer-facing problems at scale.
This is a full-time position based out of our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.

Most open roles are attached to an office and follow the hybrid schedule; a minority are posted as fully remote. Remote roles in the US are scoped to named states rather than blanket US-remote, with exactly one posting open to any US location. Remote roles outside the US are scoped to a single named country, such as Australia, Germany, Ireland, Japan, the United Kingdom, or Costa Rica.
Pay ranges are published in US and Canada postings only. Roles in Europe and Asia Pacific carry no published band. Fivetran states that its ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and that individual pay also reflects skills, experience, and market demand. Some roles add a separate on-target earnings figure for incentive pay.
Restricted stock units are provided to all new hires, with refresh grants annually. The careers page also lists paid parental leave starting on your first day plus a baby cash incentive, two volunteer days off per year, free lunches, home office reimbursement, and a monthly cell phone stipend. Fivetran and dbt Labs have completed a merger, and some postings carry dbt-origin location labels for Austin, New York, and Philadelphia, cities that are not on Fivetran's own office list. Wording in those dbt-origin postings can reflect dbt's earlier policies rather than Fivetran's, so treat the office expectation stated on the careers page as the current model and confirm the cadence for any specific role with the recruiter.
