Will I be an employee or a contractor?
Job postings state that roles are engaged as independent contractors, working from home. HKR.TEAM consolidates the payroll and compliance side for the client company you are embedded with.
Do roles require specific working hours?
Many do. Several postings require at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time, some customer support roles run rotating shifts including weekends, and one coordinator role follows a 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern schedule. Check each posting for its schedule.
Am I working for HKR.TEAM or for one of its clients?
Usually a client. Most postings are for roles embedded full-time with a single US-based client company, with HKR.TEAM as the staffing and employment partner rather than the day-to-day product team.
Is remote work guaranteed, or could I be called into an office?
Yes, remote is the norm. The physical offices are specific and optional: Clujhub on Strada Regele Ferdinand in Cluj-Napoca and One Tower in Bucharest's Floreasca district. Postings frame dropping in as a choice, never a requirement.
