This is an Sales Development Representative (SDR), EMEA role at Front — a high-ownership opportunity for someone who loves outbound and wants to build a long-term career in sales. You’ll manage high-velocity top-of-funnel qualification while learning the fundamentals of a strategic sales process: how to break into the right accounts, craft compelling messaging, and consistently generate pipeline for your Account Executive partners. This is a hybrid inbound/outbound sales development role with a lot of impact on growing the product sales.

What will you be doing?

• Become a product expert across Front’s platform and learn the competitive landscape to speak credibly with prospects.
• Execute high-velocity outbound (phone, email, LinkedIn) with sharp, personalized, strategic messaging.
• Prospect into new accounts using proven outbound tactics and consistent follow-through.
• Identify, contact, and qualify potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
• Book meetings and build pipeline quickly to support your Account Executive counterparts.
• Partner with marketing to manage inbound/outbound campaigns to increase pipeline conversion.
• Qualifying inbound leads to convert to pipeline for AEs.
• Track progress toward goals and maintain strong activity discipline week over week.
• Maintain accurate CRM and sales engagement records to keep the team aligned and efficient.
• Build AI fluency by leveraging AI tools for faster research, stronger personalization, and higher-quality outreach — without losing customer empathy.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, confident, and customer-oriented).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under high volume.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working cross-functionally across GTM teams.
• A competitive, team-based mindset and high personal accountability.
• Excellent research and analytical skills (you can quickly find signals and use them in outreach).
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (or strong ability to ramp quickly).
• Previous outbound SDR/BDR experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Growth mindset and comfort receiving coaching and iterating quickly.
• Fluency in French language is a plus.

Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
