Sardine is the leading agentic risk platform for fighting financial crime. Our integrated solution unifies data across risk teams to help organizations stop fraud in real time, prevent AI-driven attacks, and automate fraud and AML operations. Sardine’s platform is strengthened by one of the fastest-growing fraud consortiums in the market, spanning more than 6 billion profiled devices, 800 million consumers, and 3 million businesses worldwide. Leading companies including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com rely on Sardine to secure and grow trust in their products.
As Sardine grows with enterprise clients, our delivery process needs to meet the program management rigor that clients expect — formal governance, clear ownership, and predictable reporting — while moving at the pace of a fast-growing startup, not a large legacy vendor.
You'll own the integration project plan on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements: milestone deliverables, dependencies, implementation timeline, and tracking client-specific product feature requests through to resolution, all built and maintained in close coordination with the client. You'll establish RACI and communication cadences, keep Engineering, Product, and the Solutions team pointed at the same critical path, and report honestly on what's slipping and why.
Join a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world. If you are seeking a meaningful career, you found the right place, and we would love to hear from you.

Sardine's job postings say there is no office to report to, but individual postings can set their own expectations. At least one senior leadership posting has asked for somewhat regular in-person meetings with the leadership team in San Francisco and Berkeley, so check the posting for the role you are applying to.
Sardine offers uncapped paid time off, plus a year-end break and federal holidays, according to its careers page.
Sardine's job postings say its 4% retirement match, paid into a 401(k) or an RRSP, is specific to the US and Canada. Its careers page does not say which countries its medical, dental and vision coverage applies in, so candidates hired elsewhere should confirm their benefits during the hiring process.
Sardine allows early exercise of options and gives up to 4 years after separation to exercise them, compared with the standard 90-day window, according to its careers page.
